is a design-led hospitality concept shaped by an interior design vision.

A place where design is not simply meant to be seen, but to be experienced.

Set directly on the seafront, in the vibrant heart of Sanremo, CASA SIMONA Atelier brings together two contrasting dimensions: outside, light, movement and the sound of the waves; inside, calm, understated interiors designed for a slower pace.

​

The project is defined by authentic materials and seamless surfaces.

Concrete, metal and tactile textures come together in a refined, neutral palette, creating a contemporary space that feels both essential and timeless.

The apartment is set within a historic late-18th-century building.

Its generous staircase with star-vaulted ceilings and the original barrel vaults within the residence reveal the character of the building, creating a dialogue between its architectural heritage and a distinctly contemporary design language.

CASA SIMONA Atelier is first and foremost a home to experience. For those who wish to look closer, it also becomes a live-in design showroom.

Every detail has been conceived by interior designer Simona Fogalesi, with the intention of turning each stay into an authentic design experience.

They become part of everyday life.
